What?, make some sense with your post please, ask a proper question and please provide us with the specs of your PC.
Without that we cannot possibly help.

Sometimes a keyboard will make your computer beep if you press too many keys at once.
It might also beep if the motherboard is getting too hot. Try checking that; since it only happens when you play power-intense things like games, that might be a good place to start.

Yes, my first inclination is that you are getting the beeping from the PC speaker that comes from pressing too many keys at once.. in hot situations, perhaps already holding down Ctrl, or Alt, or both, and trying to move and strafe at the same time, and press a target key... it doesn't happen to me alot, but it has happened.

I'm Thinking Heat warnings from the motherboard... I know mine did that for a while untill I installed the Motherboard software to work in windows so I could manage my fan speeds... In my case it was a heat sensor, in your case it could be just about anything... Take a look in your motherboard manual if you have one for Diagnostic beep codes. Like the above posters said it could also be the keypress overload monitor, and that too normally has a way to shut it off the beep warning in the bios or the Motherboard software... Good luck.

I too would say that it is most likely to be a motherboard temperature sensor warning.
You need to find the motherboard manual and then look in the PC Bios.
In those settings somewhere you probably find a temperature monitor that will tell you what the PC thinks the core processor or case temperature (or both) is.
You may find that the warning setting is set very low thus setting off the alarm unnecessarily.
If the temperature it is indicating is within a safe limit (Check on the processor manufacturers site for your specific processor) then you can safely increase the threshold to a higher setting.

if its restarting as well, then you got an overheating problem. what type of heatsink, motherboard, processor, etc do you have? all you've given us so far is proc, amount of ram, and gpu. if you got any temperature sensors on your motherboard, let us know the temp of the processor when its doing this.
heck you might just need to clean out the heatsink on the processor with a can of compressed air or something.
